Please reserve a space in the class of your choice. We will contact you to confirm. If you are reserving a class less than 24 hours in advance, submit this form and call Carolyn at 439-7256 to confirm an opening. We have a maximum of 16 students per class.

A $8 deposit will be charged to your Credit Card for each student attending this class. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance for your class is payable to the Instructor before the class begins.
