Private Parties For Adults
Private events are 12 or more participants.


While the acrylic painting is most popular, we also offer mixed media, wreath making, succulent terrariums, signs, ceramics, face painting, body painting, trash to treasure decor classes, and more.


Adult Parties are for three hours.

You will have your own Instructor


You're welcome to bring food and beverages to adult events.


A private side room is available for food if reserved in advance.


We provide one six-foot table covered with kraft paper, bottled water, paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, and napkins if requested in advance.


If you need space in the refrigerator or freezer, please let us know.


If you are serving a full meal, you should consider reserving extra time for your event.


Guest are welcome to eat and drink at the table while painting.


All trash containing food is required to be removed after your event. We will dispose of the rest of the trash.


 After we receive your deposit, we will send you a link to our dropbox to choose a painting or craft for your event.


Party Deposit is $100 plus $25 per hour.


 Our pricing includes the art instruction for one painting or craft and use of the studio. All supplies are included


Private parties are allowed to use an outside instructor. However, there is not a discount.


We have a $50 fee if you would like us to design a painting using your theme.


Discounts or coupons are not accepted for paint parties.


Children ages 11 and older are welcome to adult parties. However, the price is the same.


We offer dual parties, one for the adults and one for the children in a different room at the same time at a discounted rate. One art project that is taught as a group afterward they have the choice of open art. All our staff are life scan and very good with children.


Doors will be open at least 30 minutes in advance of the official start-time, so that you and your guests may arrive and settle in before painting begins.


An additional fee of $25 will be added if the instructor must hold up the entire class more than 30 minutes due to the late arrival of guests. That time is also deducted from the total time of the event if there is another event booked directly after yours.


The number of guests must be guaranteed three days before your event. You are responsible for paying for the guaranteed number of people even if some do not don't show up.


The deposit secures the desired date and time after availability is confirmed by the studio. Deposits are refunded the first business day after the party occurs if your guaranteed headcount has been met. Otherwise empty seats up to the guaranteed number are deducted from the deposit, and the remainder is refunded.


After we receive your deposit, we will send you a link to our dropbox to choose a painting or craft.


Both studios are available for events every day and evening unless there is a private event booked.


Attendees of your private party can be allowed to pay for themselves using a provided discount code during check out. However The host who signs the private party contract agrees to pay the balance if attendance at your event does not reach the minimum.,


The staff has typically one hour to clean and reset the room for another party. You are welcome to stay up to 30 minutes after the class ends, but keep in mind the workers will need to clean around you.


Our studio and bathrooms are handicap accessible.


No smoking is allowed inside.
