Private Parties and Team Building events for Adults
While acrylic painting is most popular, we also offer mixed media, watercolor, wreath making, succulent terrariums, signs, trash to treasure decor classes, etc.
Our space is also for meeting space without art.
Adult Parties are for three hours.
You're welcome to bring food and beverages to adult events.
We provide one six-foot table covered with kraft paper and bottled water.
Please let us know if you need space in the refrigerator or freezer.
If you are serving a full meal, you should consider reserving extra time for your event.
Guest are welcome to eat and drink at the table while painting.
After receiving your $100 non-refundable deposit, we will send you a link to choose a painting or craft for your event.
Our pricing includes the art instruction for one painting or craft and the use of the studio. All supplies are included.
Private parties are allowed to use an outside instructor. However, there is no discount.
We have a $100 fee if you want us to design a painting using your theme. Two week noticed required.
Discounts or coupons are not accepted for paint parties.
Children ages 12 and older are welcome to adult parties. However, the price is the same.
We offer dual parties, one for the adults and one for the children, in a different room at the same time at a discounted rate. We provide one art project that we complete as a group. Afterward, kids choose open art or games. All our staff are life scan and very good with children.
Doors will be open at least 30 minutes before the official start time so that you and your guests may arrive and settle in before the painting begins.
The instructor and not hold up the entire class for more than 30 minutes due to the late arrival of guests. That time is deducted from the total time of your event.
You must tell us and pay for the number of guests attending three days before your event. You are responsible for paying for the guaranteed number of people even if some don't show up.
The deposit secures the desired date and time after the studio confirms availability. Deposits are refunded after your event if your guaranteed headcount has been met. Otherwise, empty seats up to the guaranteed number are deducted from the deposit, and the remainder is refunded.
After receiving your deposit, we will send you a link to choose a painting.
If you want your guests to pay for their own tickets, we can add your event online. We will text updates as people sign up.
The host who signs the private party contract agrees to pay the balance if attendance at your event does not reach the minimum. There are no refunds for your guest buying their own ticket online, only credit towards a future event.
The staff typically has one hour to clean and reset the room for another party. You are welcome to take up to 20 minutes to pack up after the event ends, but keep in mind that the workers will need to clean around you, and the hosts will be moving in for the next event.
Our studio and bathrooms are handicap-accessible.
No smoking is allowed inside.
